1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. If you live in an outlying or remote area, please contact us to confirm delivery availability and timeframes.

2.Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days AFTER payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Main centres: 2–4 business days
  • Regional or remote areas: 3–7 business days

Please note:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, strikes).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

Flat rate or free delivery may apply on promotions or minimum spend thresholds (see website banners or promotions).

Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) OR courier details via email, SMS or Whatsapp.

You can use this information to track your parcel’s status online. If you need assistance, our customer service team is available to help.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your nominated address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours.

If delivery fails:

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and postal code before confirming your order.

Dashing Pets will not be held responsible for:

Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address detailsParcels accepted by third parties at your delivery address (e.g., reception, gate guards, housemates)

7. Delivery Delays or Disruptions

While we work with reliable couriers, delivery times may be affected by:

  • Peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holidays)
  • National strikes or service disruptions
  • Extreme weather conditions

In such cases, we will communicate expected delays and keep you informed as best we can.

8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel on delivery and report any issues immediately:

  • Damaged packaging or missing items
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Parcel not received despite being marked as delivered

We will investigate with the courier and take the appropriate steps, including replacement or refund if necessary.

9 Collection Option

You may opt to collect your order from a prearranged pickup location, once your order is ready. You will receive confirmation via email/SMS/whatsapp when your order is available for collection.
